As a seasoned organization development professional dedicated to working with purpose driven organizations, I bring a comprehensive toolkit of knowledge, skill, and techniques to my work.  

With a master’s degree in Organization and Leadership Development, I also achieved coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation; Gallup (as a CliftonStrengths coach); and am a Red Team certified coach. 

 Additionally, I am certified to train Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, and DISC, all aimed at enhancing communication effectiveness and productivity.

My services include leadership and personal development coaching, team coaching, team building, employee engagement, facilitation, and training. Having served as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and board chairs.

She has also worked as an adjunct professor teaching Organizational Psychology and The Psychology of Judgement and Decision Making.
