With a master’s degree in Organization and Leadership Development, I also achieved coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation; Gallup (as a CliftonStrengths coach); and am a Red Team certified coach.
Additionally, I am certified to train Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, and DISC, all aimed at enhancing communication effectiveness and productivity.
