As a seasoned organization development professional dedicated to working with purpose driven organizations, I bring a robust toolkit of knowledge, skill, tools, and techniques to my work. Building on my master’s degree in Organization and Leadership Development, I achieved coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation; Gallup (as a CliftonStrengths coach); and am a Red Team certified coach.
In addition, I achieved certifications to train Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, and DISC, all of which are meant to improve communication effectiveness and ultimately productivity.
