I have 30+ years in the business world, across various industries with many leadership roles and my education is in organizational psychology.

This picture is taken on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. This plaque is located on the famous UT Tower. I do not take these words lightly. It is a calling. When I learn something amazing, my first desire is to share it with the world. It is what I was born to do.

People call me friendly, non-judgmental, out-going, creative, willing to challenge, a risk taker and often times, funny. Business challenges and goals are serious. Life work is serious -- working together doesn't have to be. Play hard.

My family and friends are everything. This is my husband and our kids. My dad and siblings are equally important. I cherish my friendships. Each day I wake up and I think, "what can I do to make a difference?" They inspire me. I hope to make them proud.
